Our mission
Our mission is to develop cultural competencies amongst leaders and team members to enhance their work toward sustainable equity for all stakeholders. We provide solution based intersectional initiatives, that act as a launch pad for continuous improvement. Cultivating Equity is a Black womxn owned and operated consulting collective committed to helping our partners enact radical change toward intersectional justice.

Our approach
Our approach is simple. First, we listen to our clients. Next, we observe and asses, using our rigorous standards for equity and justice. Then we provide an analysis with recommendations for critical activism and allyship to take place. At that time, with a shared vision and commitment from our partner, a scope of work is negotiated.
